Carlos' portion of his health insurance under his wife's employee policy at Antilles School. The amount due is
$8,688.00 for coverage period 10/1/17-9/30/18.
The amount paid by JE in 2016 for coverage period 10/1/16-9/30/17 was $8,076.00.
