What is status of payment?
Firm is going to file motion to withdraw if this does not get paid. Chris advised you of this several weeks
ago.
I spoke to jee yesterday and he was meeting with richard this morning. I have emailed him and not heard
back on this issue.
The hearing is on July 13 and there are numerous issues and depos to be dealt with prior to that and we have
been advised today that roy is out.
