did you not get my email this morning where i suggested iam willing to sit and review each page , and line„ to
date the fees have been 571 thousand you have billed an additional 7 +.. It is not fair„ I have reviewed the
bills. I am wiling to pay an additional 400 . that is more than fair considering the facts.. moving forward we
need a better understaning„ a fee cap etc.. I recognize that the time was spent , but it was certainly not
managed„ that can't be my responsibility.. I am open to suggestion.s AT our meeting we agreed that i would
get to approve things BEFORE they were done„ I would never have approved half of these things„ or have three
people plus roy plus darren plus many„ review „
