Small deal with family owned machinery business in Switzerland, but probably too small: Euro 6 million as
loan or convertible etc by Sept/Oct to help them through cash flow problems while they need to fulfil new
orders. Deal structure & terms open for suggestions.
I know the family very well, business founded by current owner 40 years ago.
