Attached is a letter of intent and proposed HUD statement for the sale of the property which is the
subject of the above referenced lawsuit. This e-mail is sent for settlement discussions only and shall not
be binding upon any parties.
PNC Bank has indicated that it is most likely willing to approve this sale if the Guarantors could pay an
additional $100,000.00 beyond the proceeds to be paid PNC Bank from the closing. In exchange for
these payments, PNC Bank would be willing to release the Guarantors and satisfy the Mortgage. Please
advise if your clients are willing to pay PNC Bank the $100,000.00 in addition to the closing proceeds set
forth in the HUD. If so, the PNC account representative responsible for this file will seek committee
approval to permit PNC to accept this settlement proposal. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you
have any questions regarding this e-mail.
I look forward to hearing from you.
