Yes, they make very ugly claims against you eg the allegation that the activity started when they were
very young, that it involved many more girls that Tatum says she recruited, etc. Jay would have to
have a basis for believing Marie is truly open to challenging standing on the absence of a federal crime
- a position at odds with everything she has stood for up to now.
