when k&s bid the wind doors the bid was worded as two pair of doors. Shelia the business partner wrote the bid up but
using $7,200 the price of one opening.l found this out after I left and suggested that Tom go back to them and tell them
that they should give us the second opening for $3,800 because they made the error on the bid.
The good thing is Kent does very good work,the bad is they run a poor business .the other bid we got was $18,000+

attached is a change order for one pair additional breezeway doors and two bathroom windows for the relax
room
The initial quote was only for one pair ( $7200.00) of louvered doors not 2 pair. K & S are supplying the
second door for $3800
Tom has reviewed and approved scope of work
