The library path is TOTALLY unacceptable.. it is careless ,and was supposed to be perfectly flat.. re do it. I am
getting more annoyed that my instructions are not being followed. it is sloppy and was merely hydro seeded .. I
told you on the phone that it needed more dirt,. and needed to be re -graded. . when is cabana 4 is going to be
furnished . stop building the wall to info, and begin to build back from the parking pad. to the large rock at the
entrance. I want the flagpole precint done.
