Attached are the plans for the guest cottage that has CZM approval
They look good for getting a building permit. I would suggest some changes prior to constructing,
but not now as there will be further changes before things are final.
You can get the permit and make some motion to start foundations.
Paul has been handling getting the permits for me in the past in a timely manner.
The SPA plans are forthcoming, will forward as soon as ready,No CZM permit.
