Good Evening Mr. El Sayed,
, It was a pleasure to meet youf and Mohamed. I have taken time to gather my thoughts to respond to your question
regarding any improvements that i would consider for the Boeing 727.
As you are aware, we have operated this aircraft for 10 years, and during the course of that time, we have completed all
passenger and cockpit improvements that we thought would make for a luxury ride.
If there was anything needed on the aircraft, it would already have been installed. Cabin entertainment is a personal
prefernce and could be modified to taste
It would be my best recommendation to operate the aircraft for a couple of months and see if there were any passenger
improvements you could think of. i.e. High speed Internet is a popular addition, however many of the operators I have spoken
to that have installed these systems are disappointed in the speed and performance.

Jeffrey,
Tarek El Sayed the CFO who viewed the Boeing requested a "wish list" of items I would add to the Boeing if he where to
purchase it,. I'm sure he'll use it against us in price negotiations, how should I respond to his request?
He is leery of the age, during our meeting in the Boeing, Tarek asked if the center engine needed to be changed due to
total time, it has 35,000 hours on the engine, where as the #1 and #3 engines have 3700 hours only, I told him the engine
has been through inspection and is a powerful engine that does not need to be changed. He asked a lot of questions of
similar nature, I believed I was able to answers them to his satisfaction. I know he is very interested in purchasing the
Boeing, but it will be a hard sell, to get him to make a real offer. Since he has no flight crew for the Boeing, if Morrison or
Dave would be included, it would help in my opinion. Morrison would offer similar service as maintenance tracking, but not
greatly interested in flying in Qatar.
I did not send the letter below, would like your opinion how to respond to his request for items to be completed?
