Jeff,
As a follow up to this:
Here are some numbers :
To date we do not owe K&S anything currently. They need to finish some work that was not completed.
We have a pending change order that has NOT been approved for $9,730 for manufacture breezeway doors and
to manufacture the shutters for the chillax bathroom. We also have a change order for to redo the bathroom
windows and the additional breezeway doors plus installation of both for $10,600.
At this point we should not put up with the BS K&S is giving us. Yes, they do good work but they show up when
they want to which is unacceptable especially when we have a tight deadline.
My contact in Puerto Rico can have two very highly skilled millworkers over here tomorrow for $9k for 40hrs of
work ($75 /hour ), airfare (approx. $600), per diem ($351 day), and 15% overhead/profit ($1k), accommodations
would be about $400.
We would put these two guys on getting the chillax bathroom, breezeways doors done.

> Jeff,
> The K&S guys did not show up this morning and wanted to propose bringing in two guys from a company that
have dealt with in Puerto Rico. With this guy not showing up, the millwork that still needs to be completed by
the time of your arrival won't be done.
> I am getting the pricing together now and have the two guys on hold awaiting the approval. We will bill back
K&S for this as he knows this is crunch time and not to show up is unacceptable.
> Please let me know if this ok to proceed.
