I do not know exactly how they calculated their amount and did not want to contact them until you reviewed
the attached.
What is frustrating is that i believe based on Lilly's email dated 9-16-2011 that she sent to you and I is that
their difference of 105,821.51
relates to MJ, DK, Olavarria and 20k difference in overcharing for amended complaint.
None of this difference relates to Rothstein matter which they are currently working on and threatening to stop
work.
