Steptoe is confident that noam will also get fees if he asks for them. I am ok, with you having the call
with max alone. I am in europe. i think you realize the extent of strife and conflict over the horizon if
theses issues are not resolved very soon. I trust you will be able to have a more open conversation with
max without me. This entire month long dialogue is highly unusual for me. I would like you to take
the lead in getting it resolved. If you are unable to do so. We will have to go to plan B.
