I am scheduled to view serial #1030 1987 GIV in Reno Nevada Dec 27th Tuesday at 8:30am,. I will meet with chief pilot and
director of Maintenance on the aircraft.
Kennth Hart is the Broker from Welch Aviation. Here are the facts I have learned so far after speaking with Broker,.
-Flight department will be closing
-one owner plane
-The aircrafts owner died several months ago, and the trustee's of estate are selling the aircraft, I am told the plane has its own
private hanger and full time mechanic, if this is true, I'm sure a lot of spare parts and ground equipment could be included, I'll
be able to judge more during my audit of aircraft on Tuesday,
-.total time is 3500 hours which means an average of 140 hours per year only.
-106 hours since engine overhauls
-HAPP - Honeywell Avionics Protection Plan $33,014.72 per year, this covers all EFIS tubes and Computer issues, warranty
program, very important program to maintain.
-CASP - Collins Avionics Service Plan $9,300.00
