attached is email i sent to you on june 30th showing the 729,111.40 balance we were negotiating. I have wired
the money this morning and we will be paid up until today. We should be careful , as their billing is very sloppy,
and Lily is highly emotional. I gave in as you requested on some of her not to exceed calculations, but it was
very one sided. You have given in on most points. I find Chris's comment that , you shouldn't be concerned as
last time they got screwed and maybe this time you did. Lily needs money , and billings desperately, and will
overbill every chance she gets. We should only deal with not to exceeds, marty fullly agrees as he feels you are
not being well advised.
