Please find attached the updated plan with timeline, which I've discussed extensively with Michael.
We believe this to be fast but achievable. Just to reiterate, by doing this you are not obliged to put
the finished site up. Of course, our instinct is that you should (and the sooner, the better) but it
depends on your exact circumstances and plans at the time, and we recognise that these things are
subject to change.
In the meantime, I will send our usual agreement to Darren.
Michael will begin work this week, and I will begin next Monday, January 9th.
