I am your friend, first second and third , I will help you all I can.. Your recent investment redline is so opaque
and poorly drafted, that I was not sure where to begin. I do not want to hold up your timetable but want to do
things together. As the others Jacobs dad included have agreed this letter I suggest you close with them and leave
me out. you and i could if you want do the same deal alongside , or if too much for you, not do it at all. my not
being part of your group might bring other benefits anyway. , but really, this agreement is goofy, it now talks
about 75 percent BY NUMBERS of the investors . I have no idea what this term is supposed to mean. , once the
money was invested , the directors have little to do. except sell. go ahead close without me„ I am not annoyed
its just that it is clear that this side of your business needs LOTS of thought.
