I think the best way to execute this is as follows:
• Sell the 314,000 shares via a VWAP (volume weighted ave px) from 10am-12pm
• Wait an hour (gives us some day light between the purchase and sale so you had some market risk)
• Buy 314,000 shares also via a VWAP for 2 hours (lpm-3pm)
• We will tell DB to take the commissions down by half on both legs
