I would recommend that we just lay a thick layer of gravel around Engineering area due to the fact that Track
Equipment will be stored and maintained there.
Library, unit was installed Thursday, will be checking humidity levels tomorrow.
Office Temperature, both the outlet and return ducts in the bathroom and kitchen do not have in line
dampers, which allows to much cool air to these spaces. Design fault. Have restricted air flow to these spaces,
by placing a piece of cardboard in ducting seemed to be maintainiamp at this time. Will have ARS put
together proposal for in line dampers controlled by thermostat in office
Will show Tom site for generator for Five Palms, we should be able to run copper, switch gear etc in house.
Will speak with Danny Vicars about material costs Tuesday
Will forward Gliddens review for alternative route from Flag Pool

Stucco, Phone, Internet Upgrade, Landscaping, Terraces,
Working on Well drilling bids,
Plan to meet with Casey Cook & Frank Bond when on sight to discuss water distribution/usage vs permit
conditions
I have Contacted an Agency regarding search couple for the Ranch and a Chef, so I may have interviews as
well.
There fee is $375 to start, then 20% of Gross Salary, would you be ok with 15% of gross salary
Next week I really wish to hammer out schedule with Tom, plus all the other items on the to list before heading
out again. Thank you for the offer.
