Larry says there is only room for one helicopter on the helipad...he is concerned your arrival on wed. morning
could conflict with the landscape designers trip. Plus, we assume you want to meet with the landscape designer
while he is there 9:30-11:00.
Do you plan to fly down to island on Wed. morning and if so do you know timing?

I have a landscape designer that I have contacted to come over and visit LSJ. He was recommended by
Rich Cortese. His company does the Westin St John and some other islands in the area.
He is available to come down Wed. morning, 9:30 -11:00
He will be:
• Looking at landscaping
• Looking at dying plants around the owners room and suggesting the correct plant material
• Developing proposals for future maintenance programs.
They will be flying over from St John by helicopter . Is there a way to get permission for him to land on the
island.
