Richard and I just spoke, and he indicated to me that you desire to proceed with Reid Weingarten as the successor
independent trustee of the marital trusts, and that you have had discussions with Reid surrounding the matters of trust
administration that I raised in my email below.
Richard has asked me to contact Max and Harry this afternoon to inform them of your desire that Harry appoints Reid to
succeed Max. Since I have not heard from you in response to my email of Friday evening, below, I ask that you confirm
your decision regarding having Reid serve as the successor independent trustee via Reply To All email. If I do not hear
back from you by this afternoon at 4:15 Eastern, I will proceed according to Richard's request, as I understand from
Richard that you are travelling out of the country.

Please see Richard's email below. I would be happy to forward Reid Weingarten's information to Max and Harry with
the caveat that I do not know him and I have not vetted him. He is a lawyer so he does qualify to serve as the
independent trustee under the terms of the trust. However, I recommend that before I do so, you have a discussion
with Reid regarding your expectations for trust investment management, principal distributions, reporting, etc. so that
you and he have a common set of expectations. Perhaps you have already done this. Please let me know your
thoughts.
