Sometime during 2009, Imad (as representative of Model Connexxion) and Elite Paris came to an
arrangement. Model Connexxion would transfer the models and employees of MTA and would receive a block
of shares, management fee and mother agency fee in return. These arrangements were recorded in a letter
which was signed by Imad, but NOT by Elite.
Early 2011 Elite started to prevaricate and they told Imad that, as far as they were concerned, the letter had
never been signed (which was the case), but also that they had never acted according to the letter in which the
arrangements had been recorded. Naturally, this also had to do with the change of management at Elite.
Eventually, this led to Elite taking the view (in writing/mail) that the arrangement did not exist. Imad could not
resolve issues with Elite and was also furious that Elite appeared to wriggle out of all arrangements so easily.
In October 2011 Radboud joined our office and Radboud and I subsequently took over and put some pressure
on Elite, which eventually led to Elite being prepared to pay E 175.000 to Model Connexxion.
Because of all other legal issues, it was decided that the money would not be paid into the bank account of
Model Connexxion, but that it would be paid into our trust account. Of the E 175.000 an amount of
E 15.000 was paid to Radboud, as he had led the negotiations and prepared the final agreement.
Of the Model Connexxion shares, 50% are owned by BST (Pier's company) and 50% are owned by NAI. So,
logically, E 80.000 was made available to BST and E 80.000 to NAI.
BST still owed money to Harro Schulz, BST's lawyer, so BST indicated that Harro could receive this money.
Then E 80.000 remained for NAI, which was partially required to pay the accountant costs of Model
Connexxion and all of its subsidiaries. There was an urgent request from Van Lanschot to pay these costs. NAI
received money to pay the accountant. This eventually led to only E 56.000 of the full amount being
transferred to Imad, who is 75% shareholder of NAI.
Ps Imad never responded after that last letter I send him
