Thank you for speaking with me this morning. The $50,000 has been agreed to plus the cost and
implementation of the remediation. Nautilus will hire an environmental development consultant to
provide and oversee a written remediation plan subject to DPNR's review and approval.
Please let me know who will draft the settlement agreement. We are prepared to go ahead with the
hearing on Tuesday now that this issue has been settled. Please let Mr. Oriol know that we are
prepared to go forward and will not need a postponement.
