She was very happy and did not mention other monies she claims are due her
She is in Oklahoma with her parents as she has no work and no money to live in SIT
She does not have a bank account and asked if we could wire funds to her son's account
Only other option is western union but we will pay fees to do that
Please advise western union or son's account for 3100?

Michael the painter is going to look at apartments tonight at 6:20pm with Karyna and give me a fixed price

I think he is going to give us the same 300 per day fee as Ion was holding his ground on..
Just an out of the box thought - Fly Kerni to NY for 400 and have her paint apartments for $20 per hour or $160
per day
probably would only work if she could stay in one of apartments at no cost

Finally returned my call and says that his clients told him for the responsibilities would be accountable for he
should earn 60-80k
He says he is earning 400 per day training and does not want to work for 230 per week
I told him his package was worth 60k (health insurance 27k, rent 18k (1500 per month), 12k salary, 3k (cell
phone & payroll taxes)
Igor then tells me he does not need health insurance and can get rent for 500 per month
He said he would do job for original salary of 54k
He had an edge to him - Let me know how you want to proceed
