To:
Brice,
The proposal is attached.
It is configured for 8 analog telephone lines only, per Richard Boltz and TW Telecom. It can grow to 128 lines, (of
various types, i.e. digital, analog, SIP), if you needed it that large.
It is configured for 48 IP licenses, 45 will be used by all the phones and DSS console. You can have up to 48
phones, (for 3 more phones), with this configuration, but you can grow to 128 IP phones on this system if
desired. All the NCP needs are licenses, that come singly or in blocks of 16, for a total of 128. Maybe the
perception of "maxing out" was based on the 48 IP licenses included, and not the maximum of 128.
There are 4 Digital ports for integration to the voice mail system, which only takes 1 port. So there are 3 digital
ports for future.
There are 4 analog ports on the system, used for plain telephone devices such as cordless phones, answering
machines, credit card machines, etc. You don't have any analog ports needed, these are just in case you might.
The voice mail is a two port, 64 mail box, 4 hour voice storage device. Adequate for the home user.
The NCP 1000 has 5 small slots available. Two are being used by the analog cards and one by the digital/analog
system. So there are two small slots left. There are three regular slots available for future use.
Please let me know of any questions that you may have.
Thank you for your consideration.
Bruce

Brice,
The breakdown was included on the above attached quote, but the breakdown is;
labor $12,500.00
materials $23,995.00
total $36,495.00, plus tax
Please let me answer any questions that you may have on the labor or materials.
Thank you,
Bruce
