I have spoken to the contractor Dana recommended who has worked in the
house before- Dominique. He says it is definitely something he can do
but is only back in Ny on the 22nd June.(He may be back in the city
next week but can only confirm that on Friday) He says in the meantime
he can put me in touch with his electrician and can send me different
options for the halogen lights for you to approve if you wish.
