Thanks very much for your note. I am sorry that I did not see your earlier note.
I would very much like to get together but I could only do so for bkst on sept 30. On the 28th, I have to give the
founders day speech at duke around dinner time. This is the key speech given during the year by a board member or
alum and I cannot get out of it. The next time I have to be at duke board mtg and then speak at the kick-off dinner for
the duke capital campaign. (Melinda went to duke and will be giving the commencement speech this may).
On the 30th, I am back, and could meet for breakfast. How about four seasons? How early? That night is the opening of
the national symphony at the kennedy center. Are you in town then? Any interest in attending?
