Attached is the draft of Appendix 37(1st page) in the format that will be included in the application.
The second page is a work paper along with notes on assumptions used in projections. Please review and
approve - special note to the following:
• Sale income projection Yr 1 based on 3M from FIVI projection
• Inclusion of investment income as a line item.
• Yr 1 salary total of 610,000 -detail of positions on the 3rd page
• Advertising and Marketing - all under local at a ball park as opposed to a % of revenues.
• Ball park numbers: please review.
Please advise of any changes.
