msiundersatnding.s. imagine that he woudl tell anyone currently working at microsoft , that he is going to
cap the upsdie of their options. and if they really do well cut their salary... .. this was designed so that you
couldn't leave. It is a positve thing, he is terrified that if you make money you will be too independent. that
is why , the loan up front , and a pay back period and method of doing so shoudl be considered. it locks you
