You can consider this email as confirmation of my agreement to pay your fee of forty million dollars , to be
paid no later than Decemeber 8 2017 . This amount will be credited as partial payment towards the
agreed 50 percent of savings from your advice. All amounts to be paid no later than September 15 , 2018 .
This agreement will be for one year but renewable at the same price and terms. As many steps need to be
taken in the next three weeks I would assume you will designate a person in your office to run point on
my account. Please fonvard his/her contact information to my assistant as soon as possible. I understand
Reid Hoffman also would like the same arrangement and you agreed to provide it to him ,but have agreed
to keep my represenation as the priority.
