Good morning Mr. Kahn,
I hope all is well. I need to have the electrician on LSJ open the switches to the transformer. I want WAPA to
energize the cable to LSJ only. After they energize the cable we can then put the transformer back on line and
get back on the grid. WAPA is ready so please let me know when LSJ will be ready.
