Carlyn said there was no control issue because all the partners had the right to withdraw at any time. Ada wasn't satisfied
with this and felt requirement for pro rata distributions was at least necessary. She further thought an NB governance
structure was something we should evolve to.
Re Friday, Tom Turin is requesting a list of specific issues you would like him to be prepared to discuss. He is pulling the
retums you requested on a CD-does that work for you?
