I have not heard back from you regarding my letter. I'm really reaching out to you as a last resort to help
alleviate pressure for me and allow me the ability to finish obtaining my master's degree so I can get into
genetic research and try to help other children and families with Crouzon's syndrome. Ellie is now going to
have to under go a tracheostomy for severe obstructive sleep apnea to protect her brain and heart until she can
have a full frontal advancement surgery on her face at age 5. I really am trying my best to deal with all of this
am take care of my other daughter and further my education for our future. Your generous assistance with my
schooling would truly help alleviate so much stress and pressure on me and my children and make such a
