Other people should be compensated for doing the work that you have decided not to do. your compensation is
way over a 100k , rich has details. . i will make a small reduction in your salary to 40k , a small reduction in
the overall. and use it as a contribution to those that are actually doing the work, we can re adgust eitehr upward
or downward as you decide how you will focus your time, I hope you are spending the time as you wrote on
builiding a personal independce , and something of your own howver i fear there is little progress in that area. I
want to help. you are my family, you have disregarded almost every commintemtn you have made to work„ I
have had to do many things myself. that you normally would have done. I will work with you , howver, you
should not ignore my requests for days, it is not fair,
