attached is the proposal and control description from Atlanta Refrigeration for the new Library Chiller System.
The initial proposed cost for replacement and a spare chiller unit was $158,989.00
After speaking with Kent, the price was lowered to $129,924.00
Richard B has reviewed and approved operational sequence and design
There is a 10 week lead time for equipment
