empowered to complain aggravate and generally just be a pain the ass. . that is the rule of arrangements. the
employee is not entitled to a job, does not have a right to be kept on, if they perform their duties, they work and
get paid, if they complain they get fired, no one fires a good employee unless circumstances are dire.
everyone fires an emplyee that feels entitled.
