Our mortgage desk feels we should sell our WFMBS 2005-9 81bond. We bought it back in August in Haze. We paid 29.88.
They think we should sell it — probably at 29.00 which equates to a 5.9% holding period return.
The bond isn't performing as well as we anticipated; we might as well get out now at a small gain as there are more
attractive opportunities we can redeploy the cash into.
