reason, we should not have to pay the expense of the Pre-Buy, seams fair since ASC 488 is approx
$135,000.00, that only leaves $65,000 before you can walk. Does not seem right, please send me an agreeable
pre-buy and contract.

Below is the message I just received from Dennis, I did not respond to his email. Dennis is asking if you agree to
the $6.1M price. I'm sure his price is based on the prebuy Dennis aproved, which was the following:
1-Gulfstream Test Flight with Test Pilots
2-Log book research by Gulfstream
3-all items due in 7 months to clean up maintenance
4-$200,000 walk away if repairs exceed $200k
5-FS85 Popping fuselage inspection,. (could be $67,000 repair if fuselage fails this test).
6-Fwd cabin below floor inspection
7-Mid Cabin below floor inspection
8-Horizontal stabilizer internal and external inspection ( inspection for Rudder and elevator are important, cracks
or corrosion are found periodically).
9-Elevator internal and external inspection
10-Vertical stabilizer internal and external inspection
11-Rudder internal and external inspection
12-Flap actuator inspection L/H and R/H
13-Flap actuator lube L/H and RIH
14-Wing tank internal inspection, (big items if they find cracks).
