Attached is the Projects List for Zorro, Three Bs update proposal, Cooling tower Estimate
JJ (Three B's) proposal includes Gutter and Stucco work Master bedroom terrace area, site wall stucco, fountain
repair, kitchen table electric
SPX proposal is for cooling tower replacement, it does not include labor to remove and install. Install from
private contractor is estimated at $3000.00
Rich is yet to review attached proposals
Landscaping
received updated proposals from Aspen Landscapes, was deeply concerned at the price increase they proposed,
so are investigating new company for both project estimate and a weekly maintenance proposal. I should have
some indication by the end of next week. I may need to travel back to Zorro before the 18th March to go over
scope of work with new company. I will update when information becomes available.
