So, perhaps when Alan says he is really busy--he is talking about a much shorter time frame (e.g., 2 weeks instead of 2 months) than when other attorneys say they are busy. I guess the proof of the pudding will be in the eating but perhaps we should give him the benefit of the doubt for now.
