Its getting pushed out 6 months unless this is just negioating but I don't think it reads that way , I'd take the tax
loss becuz they will be zeros. Brutal. So sorry.
This clearly was a blindside hit by a 2x4. I do think the deal goes through hut subpoenas need to get filed if
they sue each other, that could drag out but given T said yday they are now uncertain I don't have any better
read than the AT&T CEO who says he will fight it. Crazy political theater over CNN.
