to finish, you will need a new accountanting firm or supervisor. torn can stay as worker bee , you will need an
internal accountant, secretary, paralegal, . to assist ada and eileen, you will need quarterly performance reviews,
checklist,s and document mgmt. Alan is waiting for directions and guidance on phase two, which requires your
decision , on ho hum, oh my or omg. , this has not changed for the past two months, but now also has a
component of fixing and reviewing the past in minute detail. Grat K , has memos that say , subject to awaiting
new appraisal, however , no one can tell me whether or not a new appraisal was done, if so , where is it, I am
told that e and y , did it , and not the other valuation firms, Ada says, no problen it is only a few dollars. and
again, this misses the point/ I also tried to explaint that the difficulty in getting tom to do his work , i intend to
use to your advantage, if need be, explaining that the history fix is partially due to his not being careful enough ,
good collateral confirmation, . Could not have been intentional , as intention woudl have required competence,
