the idea that your team beleives they dont have to provide detailed numbers to a project that is under
financial pressure and a borrower from a mez lender makes zero sense. EVery penny will need
documenation eventually so , whether it is a bank requirement or a lender practical issue or an investor
accounting . it is all the same. head down get it open.
