all the crescendo money went to DB with the exception of closing costs , restaurant money which went into
escrow and 5 critical payables ( that had to be documented prior to closing)
That was quid pro quo for DB allowing the Prfd , that they had to control the flow of funds as they always had
done for last two years
Without us consenting to their control they would not of allowed the placement to take place
