I'm assuming JEE has upgraded his current phone to iOS 11 - if not, he needs to do that first ( Settings >
General > Software Update ).
Once he's on iOS 11, he can bring the phones next to each other and automatically transfer the existing
settings over. Here's a walkthrough if the process, it should be intuitive:
