don't worry I dont belive you were aware of any of this, I signed the agreement after you had purchased sun,
an appraisal was ordered prior to the may signing and was finalised in june, the appraisal it turns out came in
under 22 million, and stated , as i understand it that the excess price paid was as a part of an overall purchase by
igy of sun. I have told my guys that there is no way you could have known the details. anyway , given these
new set of facts, there are a few alternatives . I promise this does not affect my frinedship with you in any
