Very helpful and I believe we are aligned in our thinking.
As discussed:
a) please send me an updated term sheet that captures the current status
b) I will arrange a call for you with PwC. This is handled by PwC China and their time suggestion is 9pm
China time on 8th August. This means 6am your time so I guess not great... What is the earliest you could do?
c) to make the PwC call most efficient may I suggest you send me a question/topic list I can send to PwC so
they can prepare for your questions?
