I agree. This would make things much easier. And much more tax efficient — and would circumvent going back for calls,
etc.
With money Bill lend me, I buy the stake in FM. And pay back Bill 10mil and some time in future.
Larry — we discussed yesterday that we should not go back to Bill every day with some new proposal re amount of
advance, numbers of draws, length of time etc — but this would work great — can you ask him that?
