These are the ones I looked at and wrote down the prices. I have the floor plans and some photos I took too.
The management company charges 150 RUB per sq metre a month for cleaning, security, maintenance etc +
electrical and water (usually up to 3,000 RUB a month), can't calculate the tax yet, for the first apartment I Paid
4800 RUB (80 USD) for the entire year!!
