Thanks, Jeffrey. We had a call with Ralph Lemer a few weeks ago. Thereafter, he went on vacation, and is returning later this
week. He said he wanted to reflect and then revert. Also, Rick Bronstein is on vacation. Can we defer until we hear from
Ralph? If you want to speak to Rick Bronstein, due to his traveling plans, we will have to delay that call until early September.
